Ryan & Gretchen Rought

Ryan was born and raised in Pentwater, Michigan. He came to know Christ and asked Him to be his Lord and Savior at the age of six. He served 11 years in the US Army, as well as 12 years as a Law Enforcement officer with Kalamazoo Public Safety. Ryan committed his life to full-time ministry in 2004.

Gretchen grew up in the village of Blissfield, MI. She came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ at the age of 21. After studying Education, German and Spanish in college, she taught middle school level Spanish for 3 years. God has blessed them with two beautiful daughters and now enjoys being a stay at home mom & missionary.

At the age of 4 1/2 Adrianna said that she wanted to be a disciple of Jesus and asked Him to forgive her of her sins. Adrianna shared her faith with Miranda 3 years later during evening devotions. After months of asking questions, Miranda placed her faith in Jesus when she was 5 1/2 years old.

Jon & Johanna McGinnis

Jon grew up in a Christian home and came to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ by age four. Joni, the daughter of a pastor, received Christ at five. Both grew to love the Lord and desire to serve Him.

In 1992 Jon joined the Army National Guard. God used those six years to develop in them a passion to reach the men he served beside with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Jon has served as an associate pastor since 2000 with Joni by his side using her gifts and abilities to enhance the ministry.
Jon and Joni have four children. Katie, Meghan, Irelynd, and J.D.

Courtney Eaton

Courtney grew up in a Christian home and surrendered her life to Christ when she was 13.  Growing in faith and learning more each day, she laid aside desires for a life of comfort, and material things when she fully committed her future to full time ministry at age 15.

Courtney is a graduate of Cedarville University.  She spent her last semester of college student teaching in Western Asia, seeing the amazing work the Lord is doing despite the doors to that area of the world being closed to the Gospel.  After a year in Western Asia, the Lord led Courtney to Costa Rica to teach at a missionary school.

The Lord continued to move and led Courtney into ministry with TACTICA in 2010, when she began running the children's ministries.  She has a love and passion for seeing little children grow in faith and knowledge of Him, and of seeing families growing together.

Regional Coordinators

TACTICA has “State-side” coordinators or “champions” who help out with the Northern region and the Southern region of the United States. These CHAMPIONS will help with and oversee all donated equipment to TACTICA. They also hold a key role in that they provide a “State-side” contact for questions concerning TACTICA and its mission.

  • Northern Regional Champion (Stan McDonald & Marty Buffenbarger)
  • Southern Region Champion (Dave Vett & Mike Dolan)
